What happens at the estimate

1. We walk the line with you. You show us where you want the fence and what it needs to do. We look at slope, trees, drainage, rock and anything in the way.
2. We talk options. Materials, heights, gate spots and styles, with the tradeoffs explained in plain language. Browse fence materials ahead of time if you like.
3. You get a clear quote. Written, itemized and yours to think over. No pressure to sign that day.

How to get the most out of the visit

• Have your survey or plot plan handy if you have one.
• If you’re in an HOA, grab their fence guidelines.
• Think about gates: where you’ll walk, mow and haul things through. A mower, a wheelbarrow and a trash can all need a way in and out, and a gate that’s too narrow gets annoying fast.
• Let us know about pets, pools or deer problems.
• Mention anything you want removed, like an old fence or overgrown brush.

After you approve the quote

Once you say yes, we take care of the paperwork. That means the township or borough fence permit where one is required, HOA approval if your neighborhood needs it, and the PA One Call (811) request so underground utilities get marked before we dig. Pennsylvania law calls for that request at least three business days ahead, and we submit it for you. When materials arrive, most residential installs take about a day or two on site. Weather can shift the schedule, and if it does, we’ll let you know.
