A business fence has a different job than a backyard fence. It has to keep people out after hours, guide trucks where they belong, hide the dumpsters from customers and hold up to being bumped, leaned on and ignored for years. 76 FENCE BucksMont works with property managers, business owners, churches, schools and facilities across Bucks County and eastern Montgomery County, from small retail lots to corporate campuses in places like Horsham.
What commercial clients usually ask us for
Perimeter security
Chain link, weld mesh and ornamental steel for yards, lots and equipment areas. See our security fence options.
Dumpster enclosures
Screened enclosures that hide trash and recycling, stand up to truck traffic and often satisfy site-plan conditions.
Bollards
Protect storefronts, entrances, gas meters and building corners from vehicles.
Gates and access
Swing and slide gates, including automatic gates for controlled entry.
Pick the material for the risk
If you’re fencing a storage yard, visibility may matter more than looks, so security staff can see through it. That’s where galvanized or black vinyl-coated chain link or weld mesh earns its keep. If the fence faces a road or a front entrance, ornamental steel or aluminum gives you a clean look that still says “keep out.”
For screening, like hiding a loading dock or a mechanical area, solid vinyl, wood or composite panels do the job. We’ll talk through what you’re protecting, who you’re keeping out and how the site gets used day to day.

Dumpster enclosures that last
Dumpster enclosures take a beating. Haulers swing containers in and out, gates get left open in the wind and snowplows push piles against the walls. A good enclosure needs solid posts, gates with sturdy hinges and drop rods to hold them open, and a layout that gives the truck room to work. Many municipalities include enclosure requirements in site plans, so we’ll look at what your approval calls for.

Bollards
Tom Moyer’s review mentions it directly: “Contracted 76 Fence for fence job and bollards. Eric was a pleasure to work with.” Bollards protect doors, glass, utility equipment and pedestrians where cars and trucks get close. We’ll walk the site with you and talk about placement and spacing so they protect what matters without blocking deliveries or accessible routes.
Bollards are also a good fix for the spot on your lot that keeps getting hit. If a corner of the building, a fence post by the drive-through or a gas meter has been clipped more than once, that’s the place to start. Bollards can be paired with fencing so a single project handles both security and vehicle protection.
How we run a commercial job
- Site walk. We meet you or your facilities contact, look at traffic flow, grades, drainage and existing structures.
- Scope and quote. Clear line items for fence, gates, bollards and enclosures, so you can get approvals internally.
- Permits and utilities. We handle the municipal permit and submit the PA One Call (811) request before any digging. Commercial sites often have more buried utilities than homes, so marking matters.
- Schedule around you. We plan work to keep entrances open and disruptions low, and we’ll talk about phasing if the site has to stay fully operational.
- Handoff. We walk the finished work with you and go over gate operation.
